1. a) Assumes no liabilities for the use of any products supplied. It is the buyer's responsibility when ordering to ensure the goods are ordered to the buyer's requirements and are fit and suitable for the buyer's purpose. However please contact our Pharmacists prior to purchase if unsure .
We attempt to be as accurate as possible however this does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Please read all information, warranties or warnings provided by the manufacturer owner or seller of the products on or in the product packaging and labels before using any product purchased on our site.
b) 'Pharmacist only medicines' require a consultation directly with one of our Pharmacists , prior to purchase to access suitability and safety for a particular customer in order to comply with NZ law . This will be done either by phone , email or online form with records kept for 7 years . Certain medicines may be monitored for potential abuse or overuse , and a sale may be refused by us . Codeine based products will not be sold outside NZ to comply with internet selling protocols .
c) In other certain circumstances we may need to reject your order . This may happen where the requested product is not available or if there is an error in the price or the product description posted.
2. Takes no responsibility for confirming the importation requirements and regulations of the buyer. All products are shipped at the risk of the buyer and at the agreement of holding the vendor reserved towards any legal action which might be brought against the buyer if not acting in accordance with the regulations and importation laws applied by the government of the destination country.
3. In the event the requested products are detained and confiscated by foreign customs the loss lies completely with the buyer. The buyer is responsible for checking if any items are prohibited within their country and for paying any taxes/duties charged by their country.
4. Is not responsible for losses in mail, wrong deliveries or product damage caused due to improper handling by the mail service. However insurance is provided - see shipping page .
Is not responsible for dispatchment delays caused by temporary delays in the delivery of the requested product/products from the manufacturer/supplier or by any other delays caused by third party. Nor are we responsible for delivery delays caused by holidays or by the mail service in charge of the delivery.
5. Is not responsible for returning of products caused by improper delivery due to wrong shipping info provided by the purchaser/buyer.
6. Reshipments will only be carried out if the additional charges for the reshipment is covered by the buyer, unless the improper delivery was caused us then the correct product/s will be resent , only if the incorrect product/s is received in an unopened , re-saleable condition . If your purchase arrives damaged or defective, or if we have sent you the wrong product, please email us at northcotepharmacycare@xtra.co.nz . We will happily replace or exchange the items to the value of your order, once we establish that the goods are in a suitable condition.
All purchases from this site are covered by the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 which guarantees that any goods purchased for personal use may be returned, if they are considered faulty, for repair, replacement or refund of purchase price within a reasonable period of time as defined by Act and are not subject to custom rejections or prohibition.
Otherwise order cancellations are not accepted after payment has been processed.
7. Prices are subject to change according to international currency rates and price changes by distribution channels without further notice.
